Born in France and graduated from L’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, Stéphanie launched her career with the renowned Marriott International Company, in the iconic Marriott Plaza Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
After several years in Central America in various Management and Head department positions, her natural talents for pampering others made her join The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the emblematic Hotel Arts Barcelona, in Spain, where she worked in different areas within the Food & Beverage division.
Stéphanie has also restructured and standardized the entire Food & Beverage department at the luxurious Gran Hotel La Florida in Barcelona, a Leading Hotels of the World.
As well as her long involvements within this industry and her great adaptability, she has also consulted, among others, on a number of short to mid-term projects such as:
